use the 12 areas as guide for the 12 months of the year
January = Body
February = Mind
etc
by focusing on 1 area it makes things more simple and focused.
so in January you set intentions, goals, learn, get given resources, and make a mindful effort to improve this 1 area for 1 month
the idea is that to design a holistic life you have to dedicate time to each area to develop it.
unsure of the format of this for now.

If possible, maybe we can break it down ever further (this might only be for certain months depending what it's about)? the topic "body" itself (im assuming this is talking about physical health as a whole) is quite big, it can be broken down into like 1 week each using the weekly challenge. for example one week focused on nutrition, another on exercise/physical activity
